A domestic stabbing suspect from Annapolis was fatally struck by a tractor-trailer in Bowie, police said. ANNAPOLIS, MD — An Annapolis stabbing suspect walked into traffic Monday and was fatally struck by a tractor-trailer in Bowie, the Maryland State Police said. Troopers identified the late suspect and pedestrian as 42-year-old Maurice Logan Mitchell of Annapolis. The Annapolis Police Department got a call for an assault in the 700 block of Newtowne Drive around 1:47 p.m. Monday. Officers said they found a woman with multiple stab wounds.
